Named for the pastry that took over Seoul. Maple Croffle is the cousin of our Cromboloni — built for the milk drink crowd. The blend leans on sweet, dessert-style components: a base of Brazil for chocolate body, a layer of Indonesia for syrup, finished with El Salvador for the bright maple-toffee top notes.
The croffle pastry shouldn't work — flaky croissant meets crisp waffle, glazed in maple. But it does. So does this coffee. Try it in your morning latte.
