Cascara 在西班牙语中意为“外壳”、“果皮”或“皮”,是咖啡樱桃的干皮。整个咖啡樱桃用清水清洗,然后从樱桃中取出种子(咖啡豆),收集果肉,最后将它们放在高架床和温室中慢慢晒干,直到准备好!
