    About this coffee :

    During the last visit to Ijen, the Falcon team noticed that certain coffee trees produce orange cherries instead of the normal red cherries when ripen. They instructed the pickers to specially pick all the orange cherries to be processed separately, instead of the typical practice of mixing all together. When they tasted this unique varietal, this coffee truly stood out from other varieties. 

    This orange bourbon has gone through an anaerobic natural process with 48-hour fermentation. This gives a distinctive vibrancy to the coffee with lots of fruity, floral notes. You’ll get notes of mandarin orange, pomegranate fruitiness on the front, and finish with delicate floral qualities that will put a smile on your face in the morning.
