Ships within 1 week after roast date
Prodigal's coffee beans are at their peak 2 to 3 weeks after roasting

Anibal Sanchez grew this coffee at his farm La Siria, 5-hectares in the Huila region of Colombia. This land passed from Anibal's grandfather, to his father, to him and his sister. For many years, only caturra grew on their land, but through a family connection they sourced Panamanian gesha seeds. In 2021, Anibal won 2nd place with that geisha at the Colombian Cup of Excellence. As can be seen in the photo, this coffee is named "Flor Blanca" after the white flowers of the coffee tree.

Ripe cherries were collected and sorted by density. After thorough washing, the beans dried for 20-24 days on raised beds.
