The Normal takes on the Ethiopia Sidamo washed coffee, transform into an extraordinary cuppa. Vibrant fruity floral notes of White Flower and Lemon with Black Tea finishing. It makes a very juicy espresso & great on French Press as well.

Doing it with bloom plus 2 pours out of 20g with 310g water at 93 degree Celcius. Bloom for 45s with 40g of water. First pour 110g with slow pouring speed. Timed 1:35 starts second pour to finish with fast pouring speed. End extraction 2:30. A cuppa of smooth coffee and very nice aroma of Jasmine + Lychee and turning to blueberry when the temperature goes lower. Good one, like it.
