01Paying and renewal
What do I pay today?
The whole term, once. One bag of our bestseller blend a month is RM111 for 3 months, RM210 for 6 and RM396 for 12. The builder shows the exact amount for your coffee and size before you check out.
Does it renew?
Yes. When the term ends, the plan renews for the same length at the same price, so your coffee keeps coming. Cancel before the term ends and it won't renew.
How do I stop it renewing?
Cancel before the term ends, from your account or by messaging us. Nothing more is charged after that.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout. Subscriptions are paid by card only, so FPX and e-wallets don't appear for this order.
Is it cheaper than paying every month?
Yes, and the longer the plan, the lower the monthly price. Two bags of blend are RM70 a month on 3 months, RM66 on 6 and RM62 on 12, against RM75 a delivery on the monthly Blend Subscription. Over a year that's RM156 less.
02The coffee
Which coffee will I get?
Our bestseller blend, or a rotating single origin. You choose when you build the plan, along with how much arrives each month.
How much coffee do I need?
A 300g bag makes 20 cups at 15g. One cup a day is about 2 bags a month, and two cups a day about 3 bags. The 1kg bag makes about 66 cups.
Whole bean or ground?
Either. Choose whole bean, or ground for French Press, Drip, Aeropress, Mokapot or Espresso. Your grind goes with every shipment.
How fresh is it?
Every bag is roasted to order in Kuala Lumpur and ships within 24 hours of roasting, with the roast date printed on it. Coffee tastes best from about day 7 to day 30 after roasting, and your beans arrive just before day 7, so the whole window is yours.
03Delivery
When does it ship, and how long does delivery take?
Your first shipment ships within 24 hours of roasting and the rest follow once a month. In Peninsular Malaysia parcels arrive within 2 days of dispatch.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free anywhere in Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak included. Delivery to Singapore is charged at checkout.
04Peace of mind
What if the coffee isn't right for me?
You get a free replacement if the beans aren't right. Contact us and we'll arrange it.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes, with a gift plan. Gift plans end after their term and never renew: see gift subscriptions.
Who roasts it?
We do, in Kuala Lumpur. Bean Shipper started in 2014 as a curator and shipper of coffee, and has roasted its own since 2024.
