Does the recipient need a Bean Shipper account?
No — we ship directly to the address you provide. If they want to swap coffees or update their address, they can create a free account after the first box arrives.
Can I pick the specific coffees?
Our default is a rotating curation, so they get variety. If you want to pin specific blends, add a note at checkout or email us after purchase.
What if they like it lighter?
Two ways: choose the One Bag (300g Blend) box for a gentler monthly rhythm, or email us after the first box and we'll steer the rotation smoother. No questions asked.
Can I delay the first shipment?
Yes — you pick the first shipment date right on the gift form. Perfect for birthdays, Raya, CNY, Christmas, or anniversaries.
Does it auto-renew?
No. You pay once, and the gift ends after the agreed months — no surprise charges. We'll email the recipient near the end so they can continue on their own subscription if they want.
