About this coffee :
Sunny Coffee is located in West Java, having farms in Loa; 1400 - 1800 MASL and Kamojang; 1200 - 1400 MASL.
The coffees are planted on farms that are mostly in agroforestry, which is known to be much more sustainable and allows farms to adapt to future shifts in climate by supporting various production and ecological ecosystem services. This helps to increase farmland resilience to climate change and keep their biodiversity.
This is a rare one, it's a full typica single varietal coffee that's a rare gem from Indonesia. Processed with anaerobic natural method, you'll get a vibrancy of berries jam, roselle & cocoa finish. Best enjoy with as an afternoon cuppa.
About Kamala:
"Kamala” means lotus as well as pale red in Sanskrit. This is our take on what Indonesian coffees could be under experimental yet directed post-harvest techniques. Kamala offers different arrays of fruity, boozy and out-of-this-world flavours! We achieved this through the use of mostly anaerobic natural techniques as well as trial-based inoculants.
