Am I locked in?

No. Not even a little.

Pay per shipment has no minimum: cancel, pause or skip from your account whenever you like. Prepaid plans charge once, up front, for the shipments you chose.

How and when am I charged?

Per shipment. Or once, up front.

Pay per shipment charges each bag on the rhythm you set. The 3, 6 and 12-shipment plans are charged once at checkout and ship once a month.

What if coffee piles up at home?

Skip a bag. Or slow the rhythm.

One 300g bag makes about 20 cups at 15g a cup. Brewing less this month? Skip the next shipment or stretch to every 4 weeks, and switch back when the mornings get busy again.

Is it cheaper than buying bag by bag?

RM 49 a bag, shipped free.

Bought one at a time, our 300g single origins run RM 45 to RM 85, plus RM 7 shipping on orders under RM 80. On the plan it's RM 49 delivered, and prepaying 3, 6 or 12 shipments takes a bag down to RM 42.

One bag or two: which is me?

One, if you brew a few days a week.

One 300g bag is about 20 cups at 15g, right for a solo, some-days brewer who wants every origin at its freshest. Two bags give you about 40 cups and two origins to taste side by side, for RM 89. Unsure? Start with one, every 2 weeks.

Can I gift it?

Yes, as a gift plan that never renews.

Gift subscriptions are paid once and never auto-renew, so the person you give it to only has to brew. Choose 3, 6 or 12 months on the gift page.

How fresh is it?

Roasted to order in KL. Shipped within 24 hours.

Your beans leave KL within 24 hours of roasting, with the roast date printed on the bag. They reach you a few days later, just before the day 7 to 30 window when coffee tastes its best, so the whole window is yours. Whole bean keeps longest; choose ground and we grind it to order.

Which origins will I get?

A different origin, every shipment.

Each shipment is one single origin from our range, and harvests change the line-up through the year. Only lots scoring 83+ on the SCA scale make the cut, and every bag carries its farm, altitude, varietal and process. On the shelf right now: Indonesia, Brazil, Peru, Ethiopia and Malaysia.

Will the grind suit my brewer?

Whole bean, or ground for your brewer.

Keep it whole and grind at home, or tell us what you brew with and we grind to match. Change it any time from your account.

What if I don't like it?

Then the next one is somewhere else entirely.

One bag is one origin at a time: about 20 cups and it's gone, and the next shipment comes from a different origin. Have a preference, a roast level or an origin you'd rather skip? Tell us and we'll take it into account for your next shipments.
