What are the products covered in the Shipper Club?

All roasted coffee products such as whole coffee beans, Drip Pack, Ground Pack, together with all chocolate & tea are entitled for the 5% savings. Coffee subscription, green beans & tools are not applicable for the savings.

Can I share my Shipper Club benefits with other household members?

Nope, the membership is only tie to one account in the same email.

If I'm not satisfied, what is the Shipper Club cancellation policy? Will I be refunded?

If you signed-up for your Shipper Club membership directly through us, you may cancel your membership at any time by visiting Your Account and adjusting your membership settings. Paid members who haven't used their benefits are eligible for up to a full refund of the current membership period.

When will I be billed for my membership?

When your membership period ends 1 year from the day you signup, we'll automatically charge for the next membership period.
