    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@beanshipper.com.

    What is your return policy?

    If your purchase was damaged during shipment or the wrong item was received, you could send it back to us.

    • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received your products.
    • Ware and tear of coffee equipment are not acceptable for return and exchange.
    • Damage items must be returned together with the original box and receipt, in an original condition.
    • Item bought during promotional events (e.g. Cyber Sale) is not accepted for return and exchange.
    • Missing item during delivery, please contact us at support@beanshipper.com. Our staff will assist you further on the matter.
    • Late delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances ( i.e Natural disaster, COVID outbreak) or peak season is not accepted for return and exchange.  
    What will I get back? 

    You can choose either a full refund to your Bean Shipper Account or to exchange for a same price item.

    How can I return my purchase?

    Please email your inquiry to support@beanshipper.com with the subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

    To make the process run smoothly and faster, email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) to describe the matter & condition best.

    How long will it take?

    Please allow a minimum of 1-3 working days from the date we receive your return package to you.

    How about postage charges?

    The customer would have to bear the postage fee shipped back during the return process.

     


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
