About this coffee:

My Liberica is the one and only specialty Liberica coffee bean producer in Malaysia. The Liew family takes full control from farm to cup, with their own coffee plantation, processing mill, roastery and an in house cafe that serves specialty Liberica coffee in Johor Bahru.

This is an Italian dark roasted blend of Liberica, Arabica & Canephora. It's super strong, pungent and makes a full-bodied bold espresso, hints of blackberry & roasted almond note, finish with long-lasting dark chocolate bittersweetness.

Perfect to pair with milk and makes super-duper 'kaw' morning Latte that will make you stay up all day. This is the type of coffee that definitely wakes you up in the morning!

Brewing Recipe : 

Espresso
18g of coffee brew to 30g espresso
20-35 seconds, 90ºc brewing temperature
