Huehuetenango is the most rugged and most remote production area in Guatemala, the coffee tree in this area. Generally planted at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level, up to 2000 meters, towering mountains and pristine rainforest, the environment gives birth to the best place to grow coffee. 

It is worth mentioning that, unlike the common volcanic soil cultivation in Guatemala, Viviet South is based on calcium-based soil, the local calcareous soil provides coffee from the nourishment of natural minerals, creating Viviet South has a very special flavour on the soil, which is very rare in coffee producing areas around the world.

This washed coffee is super clean & soothing. You'll get a creamy mouthfeel of black currant milk chocolate sweetness. A well balanced cuppa that makes a great morning coffee.
