About this coffee :
清新柑橘與葡萄柚香彷若一陣清風拂過,緊接著酸甜的蔓越莓、金桔與清甜蘋果飄散在嘴裡,最後優雅薑花香氣席捲而來,就像置身天堂般。整體風味清甜柔和富有質感,尾韻如香水般綿長纏人。
克拉摩是位在邦貝山脈裡的一個小村。它坐落在非常深山的位置,沒有自己的咖啡處理廠,當地農民將咖啡櫻桃送往附近的邦貝處理廠。有些季節,克拉摩的農民和邦貝的農民有時會一起將咖啡櫻桃送至香塔溫處理廠混合處理。
大賞殊榮 榮獲 2018 Golden Bean 大賞、2020 COE冠軍產區,農民對咖啡的種植技術、辛勞照顧與生豆品質大受肯定。後製過程很重要,但這些過程重在「引導」和「增值」。農民、烘豆師、沖煮師他們是讓咖啡華麗變身的魔術師。
Fresh citrus and grapefruit scents are like a breeze, followed by sweet cranberries, kumquats and sweet apples floating in your mouth, and finally, the elegant ginger flower scent swept through, as if you were in heaven. The overall flavour is sweet, soft and full of texture, and the aftertaste is as long as perfume.
Keramo Village Cramer is a small village in the Bombe Mountains. It is located in a very deep mountain and does not have its own coffee processing plant. Local farmers send coffee cherries to the nearby Bombe processing plant. In some seasons, farmers in Keramo and Pangbei sometimes send coffee cherries to the Shantawen processing plant for mixing.
This coffee won the 2018 Golden Bean Grand Award and the 2020 COE champion producing area, farmers are highly affirmed for coffee planting technology, hard work and quality of green beans. The post-production process is very important, but these processes focus on "guidance" and "value added." Farmers, roasters, and brewers are magicians who make coffee beautifully transformed.
