Like single origin coffee beans, the single origin chocolate bar is made of cocoa beans from a single cocoa farm to exhibit its unique flavour characteristics. Lemuel Chocolate made the chocolate bar with only cocoa beans & organic cane sugar, no nasty additives & chemicals. The cleanest & purest chocolate bar!
PNG’s Madang Province is responsible for producing some of the finest cacao beans from a plantation of rare heirloom Trinitario beans that were brought in by German colonists from Samoa in the early 20th Century. Much like a fine wine, these special beans are renowned for having a deep complexity of flavour, bursting with fruitiness and a delicate aroma – a fine chocolate producer’s dream!
The Papua New Guinea chocolate has very sweet notes of dried longan & dates sweetness notes, very velvety texture & melt smoothly in your palate.
