Lemuel Chocolate 是新加坡一家从豆到棒的巧克力制造商。
Ronald出于对巧克力毕生的热爱和热情，于 2017 年 8 月开设了小批量工作坊。在见证了工艺巧克力运动在亚洲的蓬勃发展后，他们与 Hideki Sakanishi 先生一起创立了 Lemuel Chocolate。
在 Lemuel Chocolate，他们从世界各地的可可农民和信誉良好的可可代理商那里采购和进口优质可可豆。然后手工仔细地分类、烘烤、破碎、风选并研磨成单独的独特美味的巧克力。最后将它们调温并模制成巧克力棒。
