Meet Nectar. Our brightest blend yet, and the first light roast we've built as a house blend. Lavender floats in first — soft, floral, never perfumey. Ripe nectarine follows, juicy and sun-warmed, the kind you'd eat over the sink. It finishes clean, with the crisp snap of a green apple slice. Bright without being sharp. Sweet without being syrupy. Built for mornings that want something lifted — slow brews, open windows, no rush. 

A Journey Across Three Origins

We've carefully selected 100% specialty arabica beans from:

  • Rwanda — the backbone. Clean structure and bright stone-fruit acidity.
  • Ethiopia — the spark. Lifted florals with a jasmine touch.
  • Ethiopia — the body. Honey sweetness and a round mid-palate.

Three lots, blended to stay consistent shot after shot. Espresso or filter — this one's built for both.

bean begins.

The light blend Malaysia asked for. Nectar is the first light roast we've built as a house signature. After years of customers asking for "the bright one, the floral one, the V60 one" — we finally built it.

The blend leans heavily on Ethiopia for jasmine and stonefruit, balanced with Rwanda for crisp and clarity. We roast it light enough to keep the florals alive, but just past first crack so it still has body.

Drinks like cold pressed jasmine tea. Tastes like spring. Built for filter, not milk.
