The roast date
Coffee tastes best from about day 7 to day 30 after roasting. Ours reaches you just before that window opens, so the whole window is yours.
A best-before date tells you when a bag expires. It doesn't tell you when the beans were roasted.
What it tastes like
A little passionfruit brightness in the middle. Easy black, and it holds its own in a latte.
The maths
300g is about 20 cups at 15g. Roasted in Kuala Lumpur, it never paid rent on Orchard Road.
