When will it arrive?
Your bag is roasted for your order in Kuala Lumpur and leaves us within 24 hours of roasting. Singapore parcels go by tracked courier and usually arrive the next business day after dispatch. That is how it usually goes, not a promise. The courier is RM15, free from RM200 (about S$63).
Why is it priced in ringgit?
We roast in Kuala Lumpur, so checkout is in ringgit (RM). The S$ figures on this page are approximate, at S$1 = RM3.195; your bank converts at its own rate when you pay.
What does the roast date on the bag mean?
The day your coffee came out of the drum. Coffee tastes best from about day 7 to day 30 after roasting. Yours arrives a few days after roasting, before that window opens, so the whole window is yours.
What if I don’t like it?
Beans not right? Free replacement, no questions asked. Tell us it missed and a different bag goes out. You don’t send anything back.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean if you own a grinder: it keeps its flavour for weeks. Ground coffee starts fading within 20 to 30 minutes of grinding, so pick a grind only if you don’t have one. Every grind is the same price, and we grind to order before the bag is sealed.
Is this a subscription?
No. One bag, paid once. Nothing renews.
How much coffee is 300g?
About 20 cups at 15g a cup, two to three weeks for one person. Two bags are about 40 cups. The one bag is about 0.
