The finish brings a gentle fruit granola character — a hint of dried fruit and toasted grain that keeps things interesting without demanding attention.

Purveyor is a two-origin blend, deliberately simple, because sometimes the best results come from doing fewer things well.
Peru has smooth body, balanced sweetness, and a clean caramel depth that forms the backbone of every cup. Peruvian beans are some of the most consistent in the world, which is exactly why they anchor this blend.
Ethiopia — Fruity complexity and a gentle granola-like sweetness that gives Purveyor its personality. Without the Ethiopian component, this would be a perfectly fine coffee. With it, it becomes something you remember.
We keep this blend to two origins for a reason: simplicity means consistency. Fewer variables, fewer things to go wrong, more reliability in every bag. This is a blend designed to perform the same on day one as it does on day three hundred.
Espresso — The Daily Shot
18g in, 36g out (1:2 ratio) in 28-35 seconds. Purveyor is forgiving — even if your grind is slightly off or your timing drifts, the cup stays balanced. That's by design.
Latte or Flat White — Purveyor's Sweet Spot
Pull a double shot (18g/36g), add 150-180ml steamed milk at 65 degrees C. The malt chocolate pairs with milk like it was made for it — because it was. A latte that doesn't need sugar.
Filter / Pour Over
18g coffee, 250ml water at 93 degrees C (1:14 ratio). Brew time 3:00-3:30. The granola notes come through more prominently than in espresso. Smooth and easy-drinking.
French Press
18g coffee, 250ml water at 95 degrees C. Steep 4 minutes. The French press extracts more body from Purveyor than any other method — thick, coating, satisfying.
Office Batch Brew
For 1L+ brewing, use a 1:15 ratio at 93 degrees C. Purveyor holds up exceptionally well in batch brewers and airpots — flavour stays consistent even after 30-60 minutes. Our most popular office coffee.
Purveyor is designed to taste the same every time — but that only works if the beans are fresh. Stale beans are unpredictable beans, and unpredictable is the opposite of what Purveyor is about.

For best results, use within 4 weeks of the roast date on your bag. Purveyor hits its stride around days 7-14 after roasting — the malt chocolate and molasses are most pronounced in this window. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No fridge needed.
