Shipping policy
Shipping freshly roasted coffee bean is our top priority. We work very closely with our roaster partners to ensure all coffee beans are freshly roasted. We restock our coffee beans once every week. All roast dates are stated on every coffee description.
Shipping Schedule
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days, excluding International Roasters beans are ship within 1 week after roast date. Orders containing international roaster coffees will ship all together in 1 shipment.
Orders placed before 12 pm* will be ready for shipment by the next business day.
Within Malaysia
All orders are shipped via DHL E-Commerce, Poslaju, Ninjavan courier service, from Monday until Saturday (Saturday delivery subject to house address only). It usually takes 1-2 working days to be delivered.
* Applicable to the business working day ( Weekend orders will be processed on the next business working day ).

Same Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Central Klang Valley via Lalamove & Grab Express on weekdays, Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12 pm will be arranged for delivery in the afternoon. The delivery will be made before 7 pm ( subject to traffic conditions ).
Orders with 1kg packs will be subject to availability. We will contact you if the 1kg pack is unavailable and will refund the shipping fee accordingly. Feel free to contact us regarding the availability via chat and messenger.

Free Shipping for orders over RM250 ($80) to Singapore.
Teleport offer Next Day Delivery after the courier picks up from our warehouse. Please allow up to max 48hours ( ready stock ) for the courier to pick up from us.

Customs & Duties:
All prices displayed include applicable customs duties and import taxes. You will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery. We handle all customs documentation to ensure smooth clearance through Singapore Customs. Order excess the minimum tariff threshold, the duties will be otherwise borne by receiver.
Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your delivery in real-time from our Kuala Lumpur roastery to your Singapore doorstep.

International Shipping
We ship all international orders via DHL Express and FedEx. The delivery time varies depending on the courier and custom clearance , we state all the estimated delivery times as follows**.
All orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link and number to trace your parcel. Shipping transit times only start to run once you are provided with a tracking number.
Please note that all coffee beans are shipped using a courier service with tracking, so someone will need to be present at your shipping address to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery.
Shipping Fees
The cost of shipping depends on weight, volume and destination. The price for your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. You may check the fee with a cart using the shipping rates calculator.
Import Duties & Taxes
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country and they will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. The recipient of the parcel will pay these charges; customs policies vary by country. We shall not be responsible for any issues related to customs clearance; the receiver of the parcel must contact the local courier regarding this. We recommend a purchase of a maximum of 2kg in a single purchase to ease customs clearance.
