On first sip, you get the rich dark chocolate base from our Brazilian beans. Then the Ethiopian component lights it up with bright passionfruit notes. The finish? A smooth sugarcane sweetness with a syrupy magnolia texture, courtesy of our Indonesian lot.

We've carefully selected 100% specialty arabica beans from three world-class origins:

Each origin is sourced seasonally and roasted separately before blending — this lets us dial in the exact flavour profile every single batch.
Shipper Blend is incredibly versatile. Here's how to get the best out of it:
Espresso: 18g in, 36g out (1:2 ratio) in 28-35 seconds. If it's too sour, grind finer. Too bitter, grind coarser.
Filter / Pour Over: 18g coffee, 250ml water at 93 degrees C. 1:14 ratio. Total brew time is around 3:00-3:30.
French Press: 18g coffee, 300ml water at 95 degrees C. Steep for 4 minutes, press slowly.
Latte: Pull a double shot (18g/36g), steam 150ml milk to 65 degrees C. The chocolate and passionfruit notes shine through the milk beautifully.
Mokapot: Fill the basket loosely with medium-fine grounds. Use pre-boiled water in the base. Remove from heat as soon as coffee starts gurgling.
