About Reframe Coffee Roasters:
About this coffee :
Aldo Parducci is a 5th-generation coffee producer dedicated to producing quality-oriented coffees in a sustainable manner.
Finca Las Brumas is named for the fog that billows over the coffee trees in the afternoons. A humid breeze rolls up from the Pacific Ocean, over the mountains and interacts with the warmth on the farm, creating a picturesque fog.
All coffee is shade-grown. On the farm, 7 hectares are preserved as forest reserves to shelter native animal species and protect the environment.
Aldo is focused on producing high-quality coffees in an ecologically sound way. Cherry is handpicked and delivered to the farm’s onsite wet mill. Ripe, red cherry is pulped in a drum pulper and fermented for 48 hours. Then, the coffee is washed in clean water and laid on a patio to dry. Parchment is raked frequently to ensure even drying. It takes approximately 20 days for parchment to dry.
One of our most underrated favourites. Nothing wild here just sweet, balanced and clean coffee that’s so perfect to sip on rainy days. This El Salvador brings a sparkling bright acidity making sipping from hot to cool a pleasure.
From the family of Ernesto Menendez that produced the very same SL28 variety for Dale Harris to win the WBC2017, this is an excellent, high-quality coffee that you should definitely try.
