The Story
Inspired by SCAA’s “Because great coffee doesn’t just happen”, Yu began his search of better quality and knowledge in specialty coffee throughout these years.
Since 2013, Yu has been a regular winning bidder for Specialty Coffee Auction and direct trade with the best coffee producers in Costa Rica and Panama. He is famed as a collector of many rarest and exquisite single origin coffees from all around the world.
Q Cup Coffee Lab is a cafe, roastery and SCAA Certified Teaching Lab, conducting certified barista courses and workshop by many international instructors.
