When will my order ship?
We roast every Tuesday and ship every Wednesday. Order before 11pm Sunday and your beans roast Tuesday, ship Wednesday, arrive Thursday or Friday for domestic addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, the UK and the US. Free shipping over RM 80 in Peninsula Malaysia, RM 150 East Malaysia, RM 250 Singapore. Other countries: flat rates at checkout.

Free shipping threshold?
Peninsula Malaysia: free over RM 80. East Malaysia: free over RM 150. Singapore: free over RM 250. Other international: flat rates at checkout. Active subscribers always ship free.

Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, we email a tracking link. Most domestic orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

What if my beans arrive damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we replace damaged bags free, no questions asked.

Can I skip or pause a shipment?
Yes — anytime, from your dashboard. Skip a single ship, pause indefinitely, or change cadence to weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

When do I get charged?
Three days before each shipment, so you can edit, swap or skip at the last minute. We email a reminder 48 hours before.

Can I swap the beans?
Every cycle. Pick from the full menu, mix any number of bags. Roasters Tour subs surprise you with one of our partner roasters.

How much do I save?
Free shipping on every shipment (no minimum), plus members-only access to microlots, prepaid pricing on 3 / 6 / 12 month plans, and a fortnightly story from origin.

Can I cancel?
One click. No fees, no calls, no email tag. Cancel before the next charge cycle and you owe nothing.

When is coffee freshest?
7–30 days after roast. Beans need 5–7 days to degas before peak flavour, and start to fade after 30. We ship within 72 hours of the drum so you get the full window.

How should I store beans?
In the original valve bag, sealed tight, somewhere dark and room-temperature. Don't refrigerate. Definitely don't freeze.

Pre-ground or whole bean?
Whole bean, always, if you can. Coffee starts oxidising the second it's ground. If you don't have a grinder, we'll grind for you — pick the setting at checkout.

Which roast for milk drinks?
Medium-dark to dark. Our Purveyor or Black Forest blends cut through milk beautifully. For pour-over or filter, go lighter — try Yirgacheffe or Indonesia Ijen.

Do you sell decaf?
Yes — our decaf is Swiss Water processed (no chemicals), 99.9% caffeine-free, and tastes like coffee. Rotating origin, currently Colombia.

Can I send coffee as a gift?
Yes — prepaid 3 / 6 / 12 month plans with a personalised note, scheduled first ship date. Or pick a single bag with gift wrap at checkout.

Do you supply cafés?
Yes — we supply 60+ cafés, offices and venues across MY and SG. Dedicated account manager, weekly delivery, training on request.

Can I tour the roastery?
Yes — by appointment, Mon–Fri 10am–4pm. We walk you through the drum, the cupping table, and the green-bean store. Free, takes 45 minutes.
