Shipping freshly roasted coffee is the whole point of Bean Shipper. Our own range is roasted to order in Kuala Lumpur — nothing sits on a shelf — and guest lots from our international roasters arrive on scheduled drops, with the roast date printed on every bag.
Every pack ships within 24 hours of roasting, whatever the size. Orders containing several roast-to-order coffees ship together in one shipment.
Orders placed before 12 pm will be ready for shipment by the next business day.
Order placed at 9 am will be packed on the same day and the courier will pick it up in the evening.
Order placed at 3 pm (Friday) will be packed and ready for shipment on the next business day (Monday), collected by courier on Monday. The courier will move on for delivery from the following business day (Tuesday).
All orders are shipped via DHL E-Commerce, GDEX & J&T Express courier service, from Monday until Saturday (Saturday delivery is subject to house address only). Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.
Peninsular Malaysia — FREE for orders from RM 80. Flat RM 7 below RM 80.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) — FREE for orders from RM 150. Flat RM 10 below RM 150.
Active subscriptions ship free anywhere in Malaysia, with no minimum.
We offer same day delivery within Central Klang Valley via Lalamove & Grab Express on weekdays Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
Order before 12 pm and we arrange delivery the same afternoon — it arrives before 7 pm.
Orders with a 1kg pack are subject to availability. We will contact you if the 1kg pack is unavailable and refund the shipping fee accordingly. Feel free to contact us about availability via chat or Messenger.

We ship all international orders via DHL Express, Aramex, and FedEx. The delivery time varies depending on the courier, we state all the estimated delivery times as follows**.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link and number to trace your parcel. Shipping transit times only start to run once you are provided with a tracking number.
Please note that all coffee beans are shipped using a courier service with tracking, so someone will need to be present at your shipping address to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery.
The cost of shipping depends on weight, volume and destination. The price for your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. You may check the fee with a cart using the shipping rates calculator.
Singapore — FREE shipping for orders from RM 200. Flat RM 15 below RM 200.
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country and they will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. The recipient of the parcel will pay these charges, customs policies vary by country. We shall not be responsible for any issues related to customs clearance, the receiver of the parcel must contact the local courier regarding this.
