Shipping freshly roasted coffee bean is our top priority. We work very closely with our roaster partners to ensure all coffee beans are freshly roasted. We restock our coffee beans once every week. All roast dates are stated on each and every coffee description.
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days, excluding orders with 500g, 1kg Pack& World's Best Coffee. Our roasters will roast once the order is placed to ensure maximum freshness, hence it takes 3-6 working days to ship. Orders containing roast-to-order coffees will ship all together in 1 shipment.
Orders placed before 12 pm* will be ready for shipment by the next business day.
Orders placed at 9 am will be packed on the same day and the courier will pick them up in the evening. Outside major Klang Valley parcels will be shipped in 1 - 2 days subject to courier collection.
Order placed at 3 pm (Friday) will be packed and ready for shipment on the next business day (Monday), and shipped by courier on the following business day (Tuesday).
All orders are shipped via DHL E-Commerce, Poslaju, GDEX & J&T Express courier service (except for Popbox which will be shipped via Poslaju), from Monday until Saturday (Saturday delivery subject to house address only). It usually takes 1-2 working days to be delivered.

We offer same day delivery within Central Klang Valley via Lalamove & Grab Express on weekdays Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12 pm will arrange for delivery in the afternoon. The delivery will be delivered before 7 pm.
Order with 1kg Pack will be subject to availability. We will contact you if the 1kg pack is unavailable and will refund the shipping fee accordingly. Feel free to contact us regarding the availability via chat and messenger.

Roast to order coffee beans (1kg pack & World's Best Coffee) ship in 3-6 business days. Orders containing roast to order coffees will ship all together in 1 shipment once all coffees are ready.
Please note that all coffee beans are shipped using a courier service with tracking, so someone will need to be present at your shipping address to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery.

The cost of shipping depends on weight, volume and destination. The price for your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. You may check the fee with a cart using the shipping rates calculator.
Free Shipping for orders over RM150 in Singapore
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country and they will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. The recipient of the parcel will pay these charges, customs policies vary by country. We shall not be responsible for any issues related to customs clearance, the receiver of the parcel must contact the local courier regarding this. We recommend a purchase of a maximum of 2kg in a single purchase to ease customs clearance.
