This is our third edition of a fan-favorite — Soul Fire. We fell in love with this coffee long ago, and each subsequent iteration continues to impress . In this year's crop we're tasting peach, cherry, and cola flavors. This is limited edition and will sell out soon!

At the farm, Los Cachimbos, only ripe cherries were harvested. After floating to remove defects, the cherries are depulped and fermented for 72 hours. Then they're washed and dried on shaded patios. Coffee producer Blanca Ruby Lopez Tibatá helms the farm, with support from her husband and children. We've had several of her coffees and we're excited at the prospect of many more.

The farm is planted with 50% Geisha, 20% Bourbon Ají, 20% Bourbon, and small amounts of other varieties.
