Milk chocolate, Fuji apple and hazelnut from Eduardo Alvarez's farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec range. Roasted medium-dark, washed Red Bourbon, made for espresso and milk.
Full body and low acidity, with the crisp sweetness of a Fuji apple under the chocolate. Easy black, and good in a flat white.
Finca El Borbollón sits in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountains of Santa Ana, where volcanic soil and cool nights at 1,400 to 1,500 metres slow the cherries as they ripen. Eduardo Alvarez grows Red Bourbon, the old Salvadoran standard, sweet and round in the cup.
Fully washed and dried, packed in GrainPro, 2026 harvest, cupped at 82.75. Through Falcon Coffees, roasted medium-dark in Kuala Lumpur.

It reaches you a few days later, just before the day 7 to 30 window when coffee tastes its best. The whole window is yours.
Made for espresso and milk drinks. On filter, grind a touch coarser so the chocolate stays soft.
Two bags clears the RM80 line, so one-time shipping is free in Peninsular Malaysia from there.
One-time bags in whole bean. Honest advice: a kilo suits a household or two cups a day. One cup a day? Buy a smaller bag more often, so every bag is inside its window.

Your bag is roasted to order and leaves us within 24 hours of roasting. Shipping is RM7 in Peninsular Malaysia (free from RM80), RM10 to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan (free from RM150) and RM15 to Singapore (free from RM200).
The fruit is pulped off and the beans are fermented and washed clean before they dry. Washed coffees taste clean and clear, so the character of the place comes through.
Not this one. Acidity sits at 3 out of 10, so it drinks smooth black and holds up in milk.
It is the day your coffee was roasted. Coffee tastes its best from about day 7 to day 30 after that date, and your bag arrives a few days in, before the window opens.
Tell us and we'll replace it free, no questions asked.
Whole beans keep their flavour longest, so pick whole bean if you own a grinder. If you don't, choose the grind that matches your brewer and we grind it for you after roasting.
P.S. A supermarket bag keeps getting older on its shelf. This one is roasted for your order and the date is printed on it: RM49 for about 20 cups, from Eduardo Alvarez's farm in Santa Ana, replaced free if it isn't right.
