Ethiopia Hure Natural
Plum and berries over maple syrup, finishing on black tea.
A natural from Hure, in Arbegona, Sidama, grown at 2,400 metres by Mulugeta and Degefu Muntasha. Variety 74158, sun-dried, and roasted light by Momos in Busan. The cup is plum and berries first, maple-syrup sweetness through the middle, and a black-tea finish with a round, even body — a natural Ethiopian with its fruit kept clean.

Pre-order — roasted to order
Momos roast this lot in Busan on 13 October, the day we place our order with them, and that date is your cut-off to be on the batch. The beans reach us about a week later and your bag ships that same week. We never promise a delivery date; the final courier leg is not ours to guarantee.
