Colombia Jorge Rojas Lot #10 Chiroso - Washed
Blackberry and mandarin orange, ripe and saturated.
A washed Chiroso from Finca El Jardín, one of Jorge Rojas' four farms in Tolima. The cherry was floated, pulped straight away and fermented dry for 16 hours before a full wash and a slow dry under marquesinas. Prodigal call it a little process-forward; in the cup that means big blackberry and mandarin fruit with a ripe, saturated finish.
