About This Coffee

My Liberica farms 50 acres (20 hectares) of carefully grown coffee in Kulai, Johor. The local soil and climate suit the hardy Liberica species, and the farm turns its own coffee waste into organic fertiliser to grow more sustainably.

To lift quality across the area, My Liberica also buys cherries from nearby smallholders at a premium, encouraging farmers to pick riper, better fruit. The cherries for this lot are graded by size and dried slowly in a temperature- and humidity-controlled greenhouse, which builds the clean, juicy sweetness Liberica is loved for.
