Does it still arrive fresh?
This is the fair question about ordering coffee across a border, so here is the actual timing. Coffee is at its peak from day 5 to day 21 after roast. We roast to order, and your order reaches Singapore in about Next day — which puts the beans 2 to 3 days past roast when they land. They arrive before they have finished resting, so the whole day 5 to 21 window happens in your kitchen rather than in transit.

Will the coffee still be fresh when it arrives?
Yes. Coffee is at its best from day 5 to day 21 after roast, and it should rest about 4 days before you brew it anyway. Time in transit is time the beans spend degassing in a sealed valve bag, which is exactly what they should be doing. Every bag is stamped with its roast date, so you can check rather than take our word for it.
Should I order whole bean or ground?
Whole bean if you have a grinder — coffee loses roughly 60% of its aromatic compounds within 15 minutes of grinding. If you do not have one, choose your brew method and we grind it fresh before it ships, at no extra cost.
Can I subscribe from Singapore?
Yes. Pick your coffee and how often you want it, and it ships automatically. You can manage or cancel it from your account. Subscription delivery to Singapore is calculated at checkout.
How much coffee should I order?
A 300g bag makes about 20 cups. For a daily drinker that is roughly three weeks, so two bags a month keeps you in fresh coffee without stockpiling. Ordering RM 200 or more also makes delivery free.
Will I pay GST or import charges?
Our prices do not include Singapore GST or import duties. If Singapore Customs applies them to your parcel, they are collected separately on the Singapore side and are not part of what you pay us.
