Decaf Colombia Aponte
Chocolate and caramel, roasted almond, and a creamy body.
A decaf built for espresso and milk. Caturra from Aponte, in Nariño, grown at 2,230 metres by a group of producers and decaffeinated with the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process, which keeps the sweetness intact. Momos roast it medium dark in Busan. Chocolate and caramel lead, roasted almond follows, and the body is creamy enough to hold its own in a flat white. Also in 1kg.

Pre-order — roasted to order
Momos roast this lot in Busan on 13 October, the day we place our order with them, and that date is your cut-off to be on the batch. The beans reach us about a week later and your bag ships that same week. We never promise a delivery date; the final courier leg is not ours to guarantee.
