Decaf Ethiopia Guji Uraga Siko Natural
Cherry and raspberry in a decaf, with black tea and white chocolate.
A decaf that still tastes like Guji. Grown between 2,100 and 2,250 metres at Siko, Uraga, by Alemayehu Sali, from Dega and Kurume varieties, processed as a natural and then decaffeinated by the Swiss Water method — water only, no solvents. Momos roast it medium light in Busan. Cherry and raspberry lead, black tea holds the middle, and vanilla and white chocolate close it. Also in 1kg.

Pre-order — roasted to order
Momos roast this lot in Busan on 13 October, the day we place our order with them, and that date is your cut-off to be on the batch. The beans reach us about a week later and your bag ships that same week. We never promise a delivery date; the final courier leg is not ours to guarantee.
