A Sweet, Fruit-Forward Medium-Dark Blend for Espresso and Filter
Peach Strudel is a medium-dark blend of specialty arabica from Ethiopia, Brazil and Peru, roasted fresh in Kuala Lumpur. It opens with ripe peach and a soft orange brightness, then settles into a toffee sweetness with a smooth, rounded body. Made for anyone who wants a little fruit in the cup without giving up the depth of a darker roast.

About This Coffee
Peach Strudel brings three origins together, each with a job to do. The Ethiopian component carries the fruit — that ripe peach and the orange brightness that keeps the cup lively. The Brazilian component lays down the toffee sweetness and the rounded, chocolatey body. The Peruvian component sits between them, soft and clean, tying the fruit and the sweetness into one smooth cup.
Roasted medium-dark in our Kuala Lumpur roastery, the blend keeps enough development to stay sweet and full under milk while holding on to the fruit that gives it its name. It suits the home brewer who drinks a latte on weekdays and a pour-over on Sunday and wants one bag that does both.
How to Brew Peach Strudel
| Espresso | 1:1.5 ratio — 18g in, 27g out for a syrupy, toffee-forward shot |
| Filter | 1:15 ratio at 93°C |
If your espresso tastes sharp or thin, grind a touch finer; if it turns bitter or dry, go slightly coarser. For filter, aim for a 3–3:30 minute brew — that is where the peach shows up clearly without the toffee going flat.
How Much Coffee Is in a Bag?
At about 18g per shot, a 300g bag makes roughly 16 cups — around RM2.81 per cup. A 1kg bag makes roughly 55 cups, or about RM2.35 per cup, the best value once Peach Strudel becomes your daily.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Peach Strudel better for espresso or filter?
Both. As espresso at 1:1.5 it pulls a syrupy, sweet shot with a toffee finish that holds up in milk; as filter at 1:15 the peach and orange come forward and the cup stays smooth and clean.
What does Peach Strudel taste like?
Ripe peach and a soft orange brightness up front, then toffee sweetness and a smooth, rounded body. Fruity without being sharp, and darker than it sounds.
Does it work well with milk?
Yes. The medium-dark roast and toffee sweetness hold up in lattes and flat whites, and the fruit reads as a gentle stone-fruit sweetness rather than acidity.
