Prodigal's coffee beans are at their peak 2 to 3 weeks after roasting

First released to our April Subscribers, we're now releasing this coffee to the public, along with a small stash of rested and ready-to-drink bags. This delicious new pink bourbon is full of candy-like apricot, cherry, and grape.

A special thanks to second generation coffee grower Ricardo Giraldo who oversees the 7.5 hectare oasis called Finca El Cedro. With the support of his family, the dedicated farm employees, and Inconexus, Ricardo has produced some incredible coffee and continues to improve his techniques with each harvest. One hectare of the farm is dedicated to forest reserve, leaving 6.5 hectares for traditional (castillo and var. Colombia) and exotic (gesha and pink bourbon) varieties.

Only ripe cherries were collected. After density sorting, they were washed and then dried for 15-20 days.
