A washed G1 from Yukro, in Agaro, Ethiopia, grown from landrace trees and harvested in December. Onyx roasts it ultra light, at Agtron 137. Expect apricot, bergamot, barley tea and caramel; brew it as filter or pull it as espresso.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?+
This lot is roasted by Onyx Coffee Lab on the date shown beside the size, and ships about one week after roasting — right as the beans enter their 2-to-3-week peak. Domestic orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch.
When is the coffee at its best?+
Beans need about 5 to 7 days to degas, then hold their peak from 7 to 30 days after the roast date printed on the bag. Keep the bag sealed, somewhere dark and room-temperature — never in the fridge.
