The first roast doesn't always go as planned, so we make it a bargain! These are the coffees that didn’t meet our internal quality standards. It still makes a good cup of coffee, definitely better than any supermarket coffees you can find. As it's not up to our quality standards, we’d rather sell it at a discounted price than let it go to waste.
The coffees will vary depending on where we go off track. The beans are all specialty grade & defect-free. Cold brew is recommended.
