Twelve straight answers
The questions offices ask before their first order, answered in four short chapters. Tap one to jump to it.
Question 1 of 12
Are we locked into a contract?
It's a subscription, not a supply agreement. Skip a delivery, change the size, pause or cancel from your account whenever you like. There's no minimum term and nobody to phone.
How and when are we charged?
Each delivery is charged on its order date, on the cadence you set. Change the coffee, the size or the cadence before an order and that charge follows.
What about holidays and remote weeks?
Half the office out over Raya, Christmas or a quiet remote week? Skip the next delivery or drop a size, then bump it back up when everyone's in. A skipped delivery isn't charged.

Question 4 of 12
How much coffee does our team need?
One cup a day each, at 15g over a five-day week, comes to about 1kg a week for twelve people. A ten-person team on two cups a day gets through about 1.5kg a week. Set your headcount and we'll suggest a size and cadence. Order little and often, so every bag is finished inside its best window.
Is bulk cheaper?
Shipper Blend in 300g bags works out at RM130 a kilo. The same coffee in a 1kg office bag is RM119, and the 2kg, 6kg and 10kg sizes save 0%, 0% and 0% on the 1kg price. Every size comes in under RM2 a cup at 15g, delivered free in Malaysia.
One big order, or lots of small bags?
The same beans, roasted to order the same way, with fewer parcels to sign for and less packaging in the pantry bin. Want variety without the admin? Choose Rotation Blends and the coffee changes from one delivery to the next.

Question 7 of 12
Will a 1kg bag stay fresh?
Every office order is roasted after it comes in and ships within 24 hours of roasting, so your beans arrive just before their best stretch. They taste best from about day 7 to day 30, and the whole window is yours. Pick a size your team finishes in three to four weeks and every cup comes from inside it. Whole bean keeps longest.
Which coffee will we get?
Choose Rotation Blends and the coffee changes from one delivery to the next, drawn from our house blends built for milk drinks. Or fix one coffee and get the same bag every time: Blend Putaran, Shipper Blend, Purveyor, Cromboloni, Krim Coklat, Canelé, Black Forest, Blossom Pavlova or Kopio. Change it before any delivery.
Will it suit our office machine?
Every office order ships as whole beans, roasted to order. Whole beans hold their flavour, and ground coffee fades within 20 to 30 minutes of grinding. A bean-to-cup machine grinds each cup for you; beside an espresso machine or a batch brewer, an office grinder does the same.
What if the team doesn't like it?
Swap to any coffee in the lineup, skip a delivery, or tell us which blend to leave out. If a bag arrives and the beans aren't right, we replace them free, no questions asked.
