Everywhere in Malaysia, free. Boxes go out from KL and typically arrive in 1–3 days in West Malaysia and 3–5 days in East Malaysia.
Yes — travelling or overstocked, they can push any delivery back a month from a link in the box. The plan just stretches; no coffee is lost.
