Ethiopia Habtamu Danche Espresso - Washed
Apricot and pineapple with jasmine, pulled as espresso.
The same washed Danche as Prodigal's filter release, roasted a touch darker for straight shots and americanos. Cherry from many farms around Danche is sorted, pulped, fermented, washed and dried on raised beds, the traditional Ethiopian way. Expect big, ripe apricot, a little pineapple and a jasmine-like floral note.
