Mulu Espresso
An all-Ethiopian espresso: orange, cran-apple and cherry.
Prodigal's seasonal espresso blend is made only from fresh Ethiopian coffees, washed and natural, roasted a touch darker than their filter roasts. The washed coffee brings citrus and florals and the natural brings rich cherry. Punchy and ripe as a straight shot, and it holds up in an americano.
