The roast date

The roast date is printed on every bag.

Coffee tastes best from about day 7 to day 30 after roasting. Ours reaches you just before that window opens, so the whole window is yours.

Day 7 to 30 Day 0 Day 7 Day 30 Your bag

  2. Within 24 hoursDated, sealed and out the door.
  3. A few days laterCouriered from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong.
  4. Day 7 to 30The best window. All of it is yours.

A best-before date tells you when a bag expires. It doesn't tell you when the beans were roasted.

What it tastes like

Dark chocolate first, sugarcane at the finish.

A little passionfruit brightness in the middle. Easy black, and it holds its own in a latte.
