Will I be charged GST or import duties?+
Our prices do not include Singapore GST or import duties. If Singapore Customs applies them to your parcel, they are collected separately on the Singapore side. We’d rather tell you that up front than surprise you at the door.
Why is it cheaper than Singapore retail?+
The beans are roasted in Kuala Lumpur and priced in ringgit, where rent, labour and the currency all run lower. The courier trip across the Causeway costs far less than the retail gap.
How fresh is the coffee?+
We roast to order and ship within 24 hours of roasting, with the roast date printed on every bag. Coffee is at its peak 7–30 days after roasting, so it lands well inside the window.
Who delivers it, and how long does it take?+
Tracked courier via Teleport, door to door. Once your order is dispatched it’s a next-day delivery anywhere in Singapore.
What does shipping cost to Singapore?+
A flat RM15, and free once your order reaches RM200. The Ritual Pack is RM136, so adding a couple of bags takes you over the line and the shipping drops to nothing.
Do I pay in ringgit or Singapore dollars?+
Checkout is in ringgit. Your card converts at its own rate, so the Singapore-dollar figures on this page are approximate — your statement shows the final amount.
What if a bag isn’t right?+
If your beans aren’t right we’ll replace them, no questions asked.
