Boulder Blend
Reviews.
Prodigal's weekly house blend, fruity and bright.
Prodigal blend washed coffees with natural and honey-processed ones, so ripe fruit sits on a clean, juicy base. Every batch comes from their current headline coffees rather than lots bought for blending, so the components shift a little from week to week. They roast it as a filter and omni roast, for the pour-over or the espresso machine.
