Pick the bag size, then one grind for both bags. Whole bean keeps its flavour longest, so choose it if you own a grinder.

Coffee needs a few days to settle after roasting. Between 7 and 30 days from the roast date is where it sings.
Every bag carries its roast date, so you always know exactly where you are in that window.
