Ethiopia Habtamu Danche - Washed
Ripe apricot, a little pineapple and jasmine.
A traditional washed Ethiopian from Danche, produced and exported by Habtamu Fikadu Aga. Cherry from many surrounding farms is sorted, pulped, fermented, washed and dried on raised beds. Prodigal sent it to their subscribers first in July, and it pours big, ripe apricot with a touch of pineapple and jasmine-like florals.
