Taste more like a Traditional Italian coffee but sweeter and without the harshness of the usual supermarket pre-pack Italian beans. It’s rich, dark chocolaty and lower in acidity. I had doubt initially whether I’d like a darker roast but I enjoyed this blend. I think it’s easily acceptable for those new to specialty coffee - a nice bridge.
