Tasting Notes : Black Berries Aroma, first sip berry like acidity, blackberry jam sweetness. Second sip bergamot, balance, creamy smooth mouthfeel.

The kind of coffee for the exotic coffee lovers, pair it with milk and you’ll have a really mango-ish coffee that is full body, berries like and creamy. Have it in black like we do, and you’ll have tasting notes that will stimulate your senses. 

Brewing Recipe : 

Method: Espresso
Dose: 18g
Yield: 26-33g
Time: 28-33 seconds (adjust grind size accordingly)
Water Temperature: 93 degrees
We normally use 7oz cup, double shot for all our coffees.
*for best results use un-homogenized/fresh milk
